What does it cost to join?
Creating an account, browsing profiles and receiving messages is free. To send a message yourself you use tokens: one token per message. Bundles start at € 9.50 and there is no subscription or minimum term.
Will I be charged automatically?
Never. You buy a bundle of tokens when you need one. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. You can also set a monthly limit in your account.
Do my tokens expire?
No. Tokens stay in your account until you use them. Receiving messages never costs anything, so your balance only drops when you send something yourself.
How do I start a conversation?
Open a profile and send a message. There are no matches to wait for and no daily limits. If you are stuck, the profile shows what someone likes talking about.
Who can read my conversations?
A small team for quality and safety. We do not sell conversation data and we do not use your messages for advertising. You can have your account and conversations deleted at any time.
Do I need a smartphone?
No. Chatnmeet works just as well in the browser on your computer or tablet as it does on your phone.
What if it gets too much?
You can freeze your balance and set a pause in your account settings. Our moderators also keep an eye out and will point you to real support services where that is the right thing to do.
